This week, the Utzon Museum Fredensborg welcomed the very first 6th grade classes from Fredensborg School.
The pupils took part in our new initiative, “Architecture at child height”, where we want to introduce thedm to our very special cultural heritage.
The Fredensborg houses have been a magnet for architects for many years. In collaboration with architect Julie Dufour, the pupils gained an insight into Jørn Utzon’s architecture and were even allowed to try their hand at being architects themselves.
At the Fredensborg Houses, we aim to seek funding to support the project so that we can invite more school classes to visit the Utzon Museum in Fredensborg in the future.
